This course is about transforming your life through not only practicing yoga physically, but by also applying yogic principles to your everyday life. True healing occurs when we work on all levels of our being.

This course teaches you how to use yoga to work on healing all aspects of your being, mind, body, and soul.


 It provides you with the principles you need for healing (which is taught in video format) and has a written action plan at the end of each module to help you put what you learn into action because action is what creates change. 


The combination of working on mind, body, and soul is often what is missing when addressing chronic pain. This is what I've seen from my experience as a physical therapist and I've found that yoga can offer healing on a deep and meaningful level.
